Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Please read our return and refund policy carefully:
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for refund minus any shipping incurred and gift packaging charges within 30 days of the original shipping date.
To request a return, please email us at support@pawtoready.com within 30 days of delivery date. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without contacting us first. Please contact us for returns.
- All items must be returned in a new and unworn condition.
- All items must be in the original packaging.
- All items need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Customers will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. All items are inspected for signs of wear or damage prior to issuance of any refunds, replacements or credits. New and unworn condition means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the items. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 7-10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Final Sales
The following items are all final sales:
- Personalized jewelry items with customer or pet’s photo or name or customized birthstones included either in the actual jewelry are all final sales. Returns or exchanges are not accepted.
- All photo necklaces, bracelets and jewelry are final sales.
- All Custom Made Name, Personalized Engraving and Birthstone Necklaces
Pet Jewelry, Collars, Bandanas:
Returns are permitted within 30 days of purchased. You may return it for refund minus any shipping incurred within 30 days of the original shipping date. All returns are subject to inspection. Must be in new condition and returned with original packaging. Must be free of odor and dog hair. Must be returned unworn, undamaged, unwashed and with all the original labels attached in original packaging. No exchanges will be accepted for these categories. The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping fees.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges, only returns.
For wrong or defective items:
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@pawtoready.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Custom Duties
Our products will ship from Canada, United States or from International manufacturing partners. Customers will be responsible for additional custom duties or taxes incurred.
